TCP Multi-Functional Communication Controller:
1. The default version is used to convert the AIbus protocol to the Modbus-TCP protocol.
2. Designed with DIN rail mounting and bottom bus terminals, the AI-TCP1 default version supports connection to 36 AIbus instruments; AI-TCP2 features 2 RS485 ports (the second RS485 port is a standard terminal) and can connect up to 72-channel AIbus instruments in its default version.
3. The AI-TCP1-RTU and AI-TCP2-RTU can be used to connect 8xx8 series instruments with Modbus-RTU protocol, converting the Modbus-RTU protocol to Modbus-TCP protocol. The AI-TCP1-RTU supports up to 12 8xx8 instruments, while the AI-TCP2-RTU, with dual serial ports, can support up to 24 8xx8 instruments. It’s best to note any instruments with special connections when placing your order.
4. AI-TCP1 supports transparent transmission mode.
5. Features include optoelectronic isolation, extended communication distance, and accelerated data acquisition speed.
6. Built-in 7 sockets allow up to 7 host computers to access simultaneously.
7. The default power supply is 24VDC (model suffix -24VDC).
EtherCAT Multi-Functional Communication Controller:
1. Used to convert the Modbus-RTU protocol to the EtherCAT protocol.
2. Designed with DIN rail mounting and bottom bus terminals, AI-EtherCAT8 supports connection to 8 AI instruments (Modbus protocol required), or 1 unit of 8x88, or 2 units of 8x48; AI-EtherCAT16 supports connection to 16 AIbus instruments, or 2 units of 8x88, or 4 units of 8x48; AI-EtherCAT32 supports 4 units of 8x88.
3. Features include optoelectronic isolation, extended communication distance, and accelerated data acquisition speed.

DeviceNET Multi-Functional Communication Controller:
1. Capable of converting the Modbus-RTU protocol to the DeviceNet protocol, supporting 3 Modbus-RTU commands (03H, 06H, and 10H).
2. Featuring a DIN rail and bottom bus terminal design, it can connect to multiple Modbus RTU slave devices via the bottom RS485 interface.
3. Allow flexible configuration of Modbus-RTU registers and mapping of DeviceNet memory addresses through dedicated configuration software, enabling data communication between multiple Modbus devices and the host computer; use an open five-pin pluggable terminal.
4. DeviceNet communication baud rates selectable at 125K, 250K, and 500K; support up to 512 bytes of input and 512 bytes of output.
