AI Series Handheld High-Precision Digital Thermometer
AI-5600 Model: 0.02-class measurement accuracy, six-digit digital display, and RTD resolution up to 0.001°C.
AI-5500 Model: 0.1%-class measurement accuracy, five-digit digital display, and RTD resolution up to 0.001°C.
The AI-5600 handheld high-precision thermometer is designed with a 24-bit AD converter and a 16-bit microcontroller, achieving a measurement accuracy of up to 0.02 class. This is 5 to 25 times more accurate than common handheld thermometers on the market, offering metrology-level precision for verifying the true temperature of equipment. It is widely applicable for handheld precision temperature measurements in production, research, laboratories, and other settings. The AI-5500 is a general-purpose model, offering 0.1 class accuracy.
1.Wide range of input types: Support Pt100, Pt1000, Cu50, Cu100, K, S, E, T, J, R, B, N, as well as Ω, mV, and mA signals. For thermocouples, three types of compensation are available: internal, external, and manual.
2. Mathematical and statistical measurements: In addition to basic measurement values, relative values, maximum, minimum, average, peak-to-peak value, standard deviation, and sample count are also recorded.
3. Six-digit display with configurable resolution: up to 0.001°C for RTDs or 0.01°C for K/E/J/T/N thermocouples.
4. Four display units are available for RTDs and thermocouples, which can be freely switched: Ω or mV, ℃, °F, and K.
5. Low power consumption: Powered by three AA alkaline batteries, the device can operate continuously for up to 1,500 hours (typical value) with the backlight turned off.
