YD Series Isolated Safety Barriers
Transmitter current input isolated safety barriers: YD5041/YD5043/YD5044
DC signal input isolated safety barriers: YD5051/YD5053/YD5054
DC signal output isolated safety barriers: YD5045/YD5049
Thermocouple input isolated safety barrier: YD5074
RTD input isolated safety barrier: YD5082
1. Transmitter Current Input Isolated Safety Barrier: Provide isolated DC power to transmitters located in hazardous field areas, and detects the 4-20mA current signal from the transmitter. After isolation and interference suppression, it outputs a DC signal to the safe-side control system or other instruments.
2. DC Signal Input Isolated Safety Barrier: DC signal sources from various devices located in hazardous field areas are isolated and interference-suppressed by the safety barrier, then output as standard DC signals to the control system or other instruments on the safe side.
3. DC Signal Output Isolated Safety Barrier: Receive a 4-20mA DC current signal from a DCS/PLC system or other operator in the safe area, transmit it through isolation, and output a 4-20mA DC current to drive intrinsically safe instruments such as electrical converters, valve positioners, and display devices located in hazardous areas.
4. Thermocouple Input Isolated Safety Barrier: Suitable for thermocouple signal inputs from hazardous areas on site. After isolation, the signal is converted into a standard DC signal and output to the control system or other instruments in the safe area.
5. RTD Input Isolated Safety Barrier: Designed for RTD signal input from hazardous areas on site, this device isolates and converts the signal into a standard DC output for transmission to control systems or other instruments in the safe area.
